Normally, transactions shouldn't be stuck anywhere. To find out a general reason why your transaction on Connext might still be pending, we can try to identify patterns that are anormal.
A good way to check for pending Connext transfers (internally) is:
- Go to https://connextscan.io/address/0x997f29174a766A1DA04cf77d135d59Dd12FB54d1 (our signer)
- Only select "Preparing and Prepared"
- Check if there are many old transfers and if there is a pattern we can act on.
E.g. there might be a router without gas
